This was one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. I purchased the Royal Treatment Package.
I was told the package included my items packed for me, loaded and unloaded from my rental truck, also they would unpack my belongings.
I thought at the price of 140 an hour it seemed cheap compared to the others I contacted. I knew they might not live up to the service as described during my phone interview. But they were flexible able to come on the same day due to a cancelation of a different moving company.
So I went with "ROYAL" they called and hour prior to my set appointment to inform me the where to be arriving by 8:30p
which was nice i gave me a reminder to finish up some final things. The team arrived 15min earlier than the scheduled time.
They were very professional and well mannered. Not only did they pack all my items they cataloged every item for insurance purposes and provided me a physical copy and emailed me a copy as well.
After carefully packing and cataloging my items they loaded my rental truck and we did a final tour of the home to make sure they got everything.
I knew the guys were hungry at least they had to be they worked non-stop loading my stuff. But they insisted on pushing forward and followed my rental truck to the new address.
I was so happy with their service I asked if I can buy them lunch and they declined. So I had to beg them to allow me to get them either pizza or burgers. They went for pizza and they went right back to work. Once the pizza arrived they took a quick moment to eat. They stopped the clock and finally had lunch with me.
Promptly after they finished eating they went back to unloading my truck and the 3rd team member started unpacking the boxes and consolidating the paper and boxes. They were amazing I will certainly use the 'Royal' team the next time I move.

My sister used RIS and loved them. They did not disappoint. These guys were amazing, very careful with our belongings, and respectful. Made the process easy and painless.
