We are an original company because we bring a Yoga Studio to you. We have Yoga Mats for everyone, an essential oil diffuser, and the best teachers in Minneapolis/St. Paul and inspiring music. We also work with a team of teachers that cover each others classes if necessary. Our mission is to make the experience of having Yoga onsite easy and peaceful. I love that what I do is win/win for everyone. We provide an original service. People that might not normally get a chance to take a Yoga class can enjoy one over their lunch hour or after work. I love providing this opportunity to people. Yoga can change your life and I love facilitating that!

We offer classes between $120.00 and $350.00 based on the type of class. We also give discounts if we start a long term relationship.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We chat about what the needs of the person who is hiring us for a class. We can set up a phone call or meet in person. I usually explain what we do as a company and answer any questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a business degree and also a Yoga teacher certification. I worked in the corporate setting for 8 years.
