- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to help out customers at any price point so contact me with your budget and let's work something out! When you have chosen a design you are happy with, you will be sent an invoice and once that is paid, I will send over your final files.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an initial call or sit down with a customer to talk through what they're looking for and how we can come up with their perfect design. I'm always available to my customers and will work on a project until it is exactly what they are looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associates degree in Advertising Design along with 10 years of employment in the design field.
