We had Jason and Lizz for a holiday event. The food was fabulous! We had FRESH Grilled Salmon, Roasted Chicken (so tender), and Baked Ham. Sides were mashed potatoes and gravy, Southern Mac N Cheese, House Salad, Green Beans Almondine. They arrived and started to work. Everything was cooked on the spot (the smells were torturing because we couldn't wait to eat!) They supplied the chinaware, glasses and napkins (real napkins!) It was all very professional and classy. Thank you for a great night.

August 15, 2020 we had an Eden Prairie, MN backyard wedding for my daughter and new son-in-law. The dinner was for 46 of their closest friends. We feel so blessed to have found CH Professional Catering, Jason Freeman! Everything about the day was perfect, but the food was totally unbelievably great! Even the photographer who has been to many events said that his food was the best she had ever had! Everything on the buffet individually was fabulous, but added all together it truly far exceeded anything we could have imagined! We had a terrific salad, bread, grilled steaks which were perfectly done, chicken Marsala, ribs, green beans almandine, pasta primavera, loaded potatoes and fresh strawberry shortcake. Each dish was extraordinary! Thank you so very much Jason! Now we are trying to think of what we can have you back to do for us! Best Regards, Art & Becky PS. His staff was also terrific and the serving utensils, dishes, silverware and glasses were also a great quality.
