- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with one or two discovery meetings to learn about your business. The first thing we want to know is what is your message? Visitors need to know what you do the moment they arrive on your site. The second thing is what is your competitive distinction? Why should a visitor buy your product? The third thing is how can it be purchased? What is the next step in the buyer journey? Once we've established a basic framework, we work with you to determine 3-5 primary Personas for your customers. These will be who we create the site for. It isn't for the business owner, its for the potential and existing customers. After establishing this groundwork, we can begin to design a site that will achieve business goals and drive sales.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has education and training in several fields, including design, marketing, journalism, PR, management, and computer sciences. In addition, several of our team are HubSpot and Inbound Marketing certified.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We're committed to helping organizations grow, so the first question we ask is do you want to grow? If you don't want to grow, we're probably not the right team for you. We deliver results through our process of growth driven design. This means that we're looking for businesses who want a long-term online marketing partner, not just a one and done website. While we do offer web design and inbound marketing as two separate services, the concept of inbound marketing drives much of our web design process as well. Our goal is to provide our clients with a strong initial foundation through their website, and then using inbound marketing we build traffic to the site and track its performance over time. When we look at the performance, we can see what didn't work, but more importantly, what did. We then build upon what works. We partner with HubSpot to offer inbound marketing, but we also do inbound marketing plans without the tools in HubSpot that can be significantly less expensive and be a stepping stone to the full suite of services. Its a proven process that will generate traffic to your site and will convert them into customers.
