I am an Intuitive Energy Healer, Clairvoyant Psychic Reader and Transformational Soul Coach. I offer a very holistic approach in my sessions because it is my mission to help my clients harmonize on all levels: Mind, Body and Spirit.
In my spiritual guidance and intuitive energy work sessions, I use Reiki energy healing, chakra/subtle body balancing, intuitive guidance, Shamanic tools/practices, and guided meditation to create a unique energy healing service that will help align you to your highest self and purpose, while clearing old limiting beliefs and stagnant energy. I work well with those who are new on their spiritual journey, those who are seeking to reconnect to their bodies, people who are struggling in their relationships and everyone in between.
I have experience working with trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety and grief. On a personal note: I have overcome many of these areas in my own life and would love to empower you to do the same! Do you want to trust yourself and your intuition more? Are you seeking a more harmonized relationship? Do you have a deep desire to live life that is full of sensual connection and love?
Sometimes we feel stuck and swirl in our heads instead of coming back home to our bodies. In this session, I will teach you how to trust your intuition and give you tools to come back home to your very wise temple.
This is the art of Tantra. Often we misunderstand tantra and assume it is only sexual. Tantra is a way of life. It is harmonizing your life with the beat of your heart and the pulse of the universe. Each session is designed to be intuitive as I will tune into your unique energy signature, helping me identify where you are carrying limiting beliefs or patterns that are not serving your highest good or potential. I will help you understand the deep feminine, where you are in in your polarity and how to align your energy so you can come back home to your Aliveness, your desires and the flow of your sensual, feminine current.

Reiki Drum Practitioner Certification in 2015.
I am trained in the Marie Diamond "Inner Diamond" program.
Ayurvedic Health Coach program in 2020 at Shakti School.
I’m am also newly certified in Yin Yoga, Mindfulness and Meditation through Yoga Renew
In process: 200 RYT in the Tantric and Hatha traditions, Breath Work Facilitator, Yoga Nidra Practitioner and Holistic Nutrition Certification.
(Via my training with Shakti School, I have learned aspects of herbalism, holistic (ayurvedic) nutrition and overall body wellness. Via Yoga Renew I have learned mindful eating and mind/body connection techniques.)
