UPDATE: Still waiting for a huge pile of debris to be removed. Removal was already paid for. Way too many unmet deadlines and promises. Still need a copy of a paid invoice. We were ready to finish two other promised projects and now we’ve missed a crucial deadline for our insurance company. Delay after delay. I’ll change my review if Carlos shows up and makes this right. I understand the need to juggle commitments to keep a business running, but putting our job on the bottom of the list is infuriating. and TMI Construction was outstanding. They called immediately after my job request. He came out the next day and followed up with a really good quote. They were professional, affordable and worked really hard. They communicated with us during all phases and gave us updates when rainy days or other setbacks impacted their ability to work on our roof. There was more work than we anticipated, but they did it with no complaints and for no extra charge. We want Carlos back to do many more projects and we really want his business to thrive—definitely recommend.
