- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a no obligation, complimentary inspection to asses the condition of your homes exterior. Many of our customers take advantage of filing an insurance claim if storm related damage is found, and if approved by your carrier, the typical out of pocket expense is your deductible as outlined in your insurance policy. We also offer competitive retail pricing and work with a variety of financing lenders to provide options to fit any project or budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At AmeriPro we start with a free inspection and evaluation of your home. We want you to understand every aspect of the project, so we take the time to answer any questions-we want you to feel good about the work being done on your home. Our business is only as good as the quality of referrals we receive from satisfied customers, and so we only consider a project completed until you give us the thumbs-up. That's one of the reasons Roofing Contractor Magazine named us a Top 100 Roofer!
