- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my prices are as is. There are no hidden fees. Very straight forward, whatever session package you purchase is how many sessions you have. For new clients, you will get a 60 to 90 minute assessment on where your mobility and strength are. Then we will build a program that suits YOU best.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First a new client will go through an assessment. Finding out where you have pain or discomforts. We will find out what would be the best plan of action to get you to move and feel better. Next would be to build a strong foundation so that when we do strength training we will be able to move without pain. From there it would be an education on how to make the change through fitness as a lifestyle.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The training and education I have is that I have worked with clients of all ages and goals. I am a certified trainer and a corrective exercise specialist as well.
