- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once you contact On It Organizing and briefly describe your needs, we will set up a video call with you to see the space and offer you a complimentary quote! We charge a rate of $50/hr for one organizer, $90/hr for two organizers and $120/hr for three organizers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It may seem intimidating and also a little embarrassing to have someone look at your most cluttered spaces. However, at On It Organizing, we are committed to kindness, understanding, and a non-judgemental attitude. For us, a messy closet or room is exciting! It is a mystery that is full of untapped potential or a puzzle that is waiting to be put back together. We will never force you to get rid of anything, nor will we get rid of any of your things without your knowledge. We will work with you, the client, to determine what your goals are and which items will help you reach your goals. Sometimes, quite a few things need to be eliminated to help you feel free of the unneeded stress of storing them. On the contrary, there are also times where only a handful of things need to be eliminated. For that client, organization is simply gained through putting things in the right place, placing them in containers, or labeling them. Here's how our process works: 1.) Get in contact with us and briefly describe the space you would like us to organize and let us know the city you are located in. 2.) We will email you back and let you know if we are able to help you with your space. (Most clients' spaces are accepted.) In that response, we will also let you know of some time slots we have available to video call with you in order to see the space and hear about your vision and dream for it. This video call will be less than 15 minutes. 3.) After the video call, we will send you the quote for your space and schedule a time for an experienced organizer to come to your home and work on your project. Depending on the project, it might take a few hours or a few days. Please note we have a three hour minimum per organizing session. 4.) When the experienced organizer is at your home, they will take the items out of the space (if possible) and discuss the items with you- keep, give away, sell, move, etc. At this time, the experienced organizer may offer some suggestions in order to make the space work best for you. The experienced organizer may label some boxes or containers in the space, if necessary. They may come to ask you questions during the process. 5.) Once the space is complete, the experienced organizer will invite you in to see the space! If any minor tweaks are needed, the experienced organizer will help with that. The payment from the client will be collected at this time. 7.) You get to enjoy your space and live free from the clutter! Congratulations on your journey to minimize, prioritize, and organize!

As experienced organizers, we have a passion for organizing believe that any space can look better with proper organization. We chose the slogan minimize. prioritize. organize. for the company because we believe that any organizational process involves minimizing unwanted or unused things, as well as prioritizing or making room for things that are important to you. We, ourselves, have found so much freedom in organizing the spaces in our homes, and we hope you will too. For us, when my life gets busy, organization is one of the things that gets pushed to the curb. However, it doesn't have to be that way for you! We would love to help you organize a space in your home that needs a little extra care and attention.
