- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is for TWO people who can get the job done twice as fast! (And make it more fun.) We do free estimates that include a breakdown of time and costs for labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to schedule a 20-30 minute [free] video consultation before booking an organizing job. This can be done on FaceTime, Meet, Zoom or any preferred platform. This gives us a chance to meet each other, answer/ask questions, and see the space(s). From there we can give an estimate on time predicted for the project and the costs associated with it. When we arrive, we do short review of the space and plan. Then, we get right to business and get the organizing started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Awesome Organizing is professional organizing business that was dreamt up in 2019, but we've been decluttering [for fun] since we were best friends starting in the 7th grade! We now have over 15 collective years worth of organizing experience.
