FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to schedule a (free) 20-30 minute video consultation to see the space(s), discuss the needs of the customer, and answer any questions. If it seems like a good fit we then discuss logistics, estimates, payment, and scheduling. I do decluttering and organizing in person or virtually depending on preferences and distance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have made a career out of office management, which requires organized spaces and time. I have always have a multitude of responsibilities and must switch between them quickly, so I have to be organized. I also am a certified life coach, so I have 1.5 years of training on helping people meet their goals, discover their desires, and make change in their lives. I use this to help my customers make the hard decisions and uncover the roots of their clutter and disorganization to get them to making lasting changes in their spaces.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have enjoyed organizing and sorting things since I was a small child. Over the years I have become the go to person among friends and classmates/colleagues to help them declutter and organize their closets, offices, and homes because I take a very hands on approach and ask good questions to get them to make hard decisions and create systems that work for them. They've told me for years that I should do this for a living so here I am!
