- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing may vary based on the number of documents, number of signers and distance to travel. Additional fees may apply such as a print fee, scan back fee, shipping fees ect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first determine the exact type and number of documents that need to be notarized, the number of signers and preferred location to complete the signing. That will enable me to quote an exact price to get the notary appointment scheduled. I do accept same day appointments. Appointment confirmations are sent via text or email within minutes of scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a commissioned notary since 2011. I am a licensed Loan Signing/Notary Closing Agent with extensive experience with loan documents and real estate/mortgage documents. I complete training through the National Notary Association annually.
