My experience with TC Best Mobile Notary was less than ideal. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent. I had to reach out to confirm she could handle the appointment, and after confirming, she immediately requested my information for an invoice—but never inquired about the documents needing notarization. She did not follow up with me or my client before the appointment, and after three days of no communication, she arrived without the necessary documents. She only reached out to me at 4:46 PM using my client’s phone. Despite this, she still charged a travel fee and only offered a 10% discount. While she was prompt in arriving, the lack of preparation made the service feel unprofessional. I hope to see improvements in communication and readiness in the future.
