Locksmith couldn't fix my exterior door lock. He came out three times- the last time with a new lock and door handle that didn't fit - he said my door was wider than the standard door width. Then his co-worker came out and installed a new lock set that fit with the wider door but then the outside screen door wouldn't shut because the new handle he installed was too deep and hit the handle of the screen door. (He apparently didn't check this before installing the new handle). I found this out when I tried to close the exterior door with the outside screen door latched after he left w/$450 I paid him. When I flagged him down before he drove off he moved the latch on the screen door out enough so the door shuts but now my screen door doesn't shut tight. His answer to that was for me to go Home Depot to buy some weatherstripping. I asked him to call me back to fix this but haven't heard back from anyone.

We recently moved into a new spot and attempted to change the locks ourselves. Upon doing so we quickly realized this was a more in depth project, but the lock was already in shambles. Faris responded on a Sunday evening and told us he would be back in the morning and would text with options after going to Home Depot. He came back the next day to repair two locks. One bolt lock is not fully functional and jams. I have texted him and shared a video asking if he can come and fix and I’ve gotten no response. I was really hoping he would make this right but sadly I’ll need to hire someone else to come and finish the poor installation job.
