He took care of my initial problem of the deadbolt hole being to small for my new deadbolt, and installed the deadbolt. Then he pointed out a couple of problems I hadn't yet noticed, since I'd hardly used the back door in the 10 years I lived in my house. But now since the placement of the new garage was going to increase my use of the back door by quite a bit, I would have certainly noticed within a very few weeks. One he was able to fix right away, and I'll take care of the other one shortly.
