Took on job and then after not making progress in the first week asked to give it to a sub contractor. Ultimately turned out fine but tons of back and forth and additional communication with him, then the contractor, who had trouble taking a check as a payment. Ultimately that took up a bunch of my time and added stress that I was not compensated for. He was apologetic. But I’m not sure I’d work with him again.

Contacted them today - they came out today and got rid of my blown down privacy fence boards (6 panels). VERY nice and professional!!! Very reasonable cost!

I recycle as much as possible, which helps ensure that my pricing is both competitive and fair for the customer
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When customers contact me, I try to have them send pictures of the junk they need hauled off. Most of the time, I am able to give them an accurate quote based on pictures. For some bigger jobs, I try to do estimates in-person. Once we agree on the quoted price, I take care of the job as soon as possible. Often times, I am able to complete jobs same-day or next-day.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always enjoyed working for myself, and staying active. This type of work is perfect for both initiatives. I also really enjoy pleasing my customers, and they're always happy to see their junk hauled away when I come!
