- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices include labor, fuel charges, and proper disposal or rehome. We charge MOSTLY by volume with some specialty items requiring additional recycling fees. We price as fair and responsibly as possible. We chose to use facilities that have proven to be as environmentally friendly as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start out by getting their name, city, and type of dwelling, ie house, apartment ect. We then ask what type of items need to be removed. From there we give them an estimate and move onto scheduling! After, we send a confirmation email about everything that was talked about. Upon completion, we make it super easy for our customers to pay.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Self taught with countless hours of research and trial. We're still learning new things all the time on how to become more efficient and beneficial all around.
