Garrett answered all my questions before and throughout the process and added drainage to the egress window to connect it to the system when I asked and took time to explain how everything would work. He didn’t talk down at me like a lot of contractors do but was very professional. Would definitely hire him again. Very excited about the work done! Looking forward to see the system in action next winter and spring
