They were supposed to vacuum carpets and mop linoleum floors. I told them to NOT shampoo the carpet. They proceeded to shampoo the carpet in the two bedrooms. They did not do a good job vacuuming the carpets. They then completely skipped cleaning the laundry room.

Used TCPC for a move out clean of my 2br/2ba apartment. Franklin did a fantastic job!! Moved the fridge, got the blinds, wiped down the front of the cabinets & inside of the drawers...everything on my move out list. All I did was remove all my personal items and do some minimal prep cleaning and Franklin cleaned everything so that it was “move in ready” (per my apartment manager when she inspected the unit). I referred TCPC to my apartment manager when she was very impressed during my final walk thru. Thank you so much!! This service saved me a ton of time and my security deposit, I would definitely recommend!

These guys did a FANTASTIC job cleaning out home. We needed a deep clean after moving out before our house went on the market. The place really looked great. I highly recommend and we will be using them again.
