Unlike large chains, Moore Cleaning Services prides the service on thoroughness, consistency, quality, and the fact that the individual cleaner really cares about the outcome of the job because we pay our cleaners $15/hour compared to the minimum wage most large cleaning companies pay their employees. Details! Aside from the deep cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, and floors that Moore Cleaning provides we also pay close attention to the details. We pick up items, dust those items, and dust beneath them, as well as polishing furniture to prevent dust from coming back quickly. We shake out all area rugs because we understand they collect so much of the debris on the floor and if you do not do this the floors will not be professionally cleaned. We pay attention to what needs to be done in that individuals home to make it clean and sanitary as possible.

Today was my first cleaning with Moore Cleaning Services. I spoke to Liz on the phone prior to hiring her and when Melanie arrived, she was well apprised of the products I wanted to be used in my home. Melanie was on time, was very pleasant, and the house was spotless when I came home. I will definitely be using Moore Cleaning Services again....

I cannot say enough about how WONDERFUL this service is! Their attention to detail is far above all other cleaners I have experienced. They cleaned things in my house I would not think about cleaning and it made a huge difference to the apperance and overall cleanliness. Our cleaner was also very efficient with her time. She is the first cleaner I have seen that actually moves fast and cleans effectively without cutting corners. I highly reccomend Elizabeth Moore and her cleaning crew to anyone looking for a top notch cleaning service. I am SO satisified and will only use Moore Cleaning Service in the future.

Weekly residential contract green-cleaning. 2-3 times a week small-medium sized green office- cleaning. One-time deep green-cleans and move-in/out green-cleans.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the person you speak with about the cleaning service describes in detail what tasks are performed with the service by default. Ask for checklists to ensure you understand what you are paying for. Ask if they charge hourly or by square foot or what? Many cleaning companies have strange and undefined methods of pricing. As a customer you deserve to know what you are paying for and how. For green cleaners, ask what specific product line they are using then research it. Ask what the company's method of cleaning is. They should have a great answer and if they don't, I do not recommend going with that company.
