The price or range that we estimate for your service is what you'll pay. We do not depend on hidden fees or upcharges. We do offer discounts from time to time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our proven process consists of: - Clear expectations: we want to understand your needs and special requests and also provide you clarity about the service. - Pricing: our free estimates are done within 2 days and do not involve a sales call or hidden fees. - Scheduling: completed within a few minutes of you accepting the estimate. - Service reminders: we send out a reminder 2 days before service. - Satisfaction: we send out a survey to ensure you are satisfied. - Payment: only after the work is completed to your satisfaction.
