Let me remind you that before proceeding with the repair, we discussed the cost, and you had two options: a service call fee or the repair. You chose the repair at the agreed-upon price, with no additional fees or hidden charges. I understand that you might have hoped for a free service, but welcome to the real world—people work for money, including yourself. Also, $213 for a dryer repair is a completely reasonable minimum price, as I explained to you. Thumbtack charges for leads, which I have to pay for, and your service included a warranty on parts and my labor. So, if you agree to a service upfront and then leave reviews like this, don’t you find that a bit strange? But hey, it’s your life, your choice. All the best!
