- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competitively priced. We work with our clients to help educate them regarding the costs involved in their project. Once they establish their budget, we help the appropriately allocate funds to the different parts of their project (ie. electrician, plumber, tile work, drywall, painting). We make every effort to work within the clients budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a short phone conversation to get basic details of the project to make sure we can help them and set an appointment for an initial in-home consultation. During the initial consultation, we discuss the scope of work, budget, timeframe, and take some basic measurements to help us develop an estimate. Once the estimate has been reviewed and the clients have chosen to work with us, they approve the initial estimate. We take a down payment and move to the Design Phase, in which material selections are made. The chosen materials are added to the estimate and costs adjusted. The clients then review the estimate again and either make changes or approve. From there, materials are ordered and construction is scheduled to start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always striving to keep up with new things in our industry. In addition to the state required continuing education, we take advantage of as many opportunities for further education with product and skills training with many of our vendor partners.
