Introduction

I've been building the backbone of my company by trying my best to make sure my clients are satisfied with my services. In order to keep my vehicle stocked with a wide variety of hardware, torsion springs and tools that will be needed for the job, we do charge a service call fee of $120. that service call fee will be waived if a service of above $350 is purchased. In addition to that discount, I offer a free tune-up with the purchase and installation of new springs and / or cables.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we need to verify the work that needs to be done. Afterwards we discuss how I will go about fixing that issue. Then I give you the price of the service, if you agree to the pricing I can usually start the work right away if I don't need to order special parts. I keep my vehicle stocked with most hardware that would be needed for a fix.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did a 3 month ride along with a master garage door technician.
