FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The firm uses a team approach to working on cases, which includes an attorney, a paralegal and a legal secretary. A retainer is required before the team begins work on your case. Retainers can vary based on the factors of your case. Amy, like most family law attorneys, bills at an hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Through years of experience, Amy understands that when it comes to family law, one size does not fit all. She takes the time to listen and understand your goals, and she will tailor the best strategy to fit your unique case. Cases will start with an introductory phone call or in person meeting and proceed from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Amy joined Collins, Buckley, Sauntry & Haugh, PLLP in 2017 after clerking for judges from 2014-2017. Throughout her legal career, she has attended many trainings on high conflict co-parenting, domestic abuse, mental health issues and personality disorders, and substance abuse and how these impact parenting and co-parenting relationships.
