- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you fall within our free delivery area there are no additional delivery fees. Our labor charges are included in our pricing structures so there are no surprises when your payment is due.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As the owner I make the first contact with the client and ask if they would like to meet at their venue or my shop to look at samples and ideas. Once we meet and they have made their selections I e-mail a proposal of what they chose. If they need to change anything up I do that and send it back in contract form. They sign the contract and return it with 1/2 down payment, check, credit card, cash or Venmo. Approximately two weeks before the wedding or event we talk again and revisit their counts and make any changes or additions to the contract before the balance is due. I contact the facility and make the arrangement for set up and take down times.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in fashion merchandising, specializing in Visual merchandising (retail display). I have worked in a creative field since my first job, hence the business name "Creative License"
