Introduction
Hi there, my name is Nina and I am a Day of Coordinator from St. Paul, MN! I have been coordinating weddings since 2022, and continue to find tremendous joy in getting to know and serve a wide variety of couples and their friends/families on the best days of their lives. My background in events has uniquely equipped me to efficiently and gracefully facilitate a busy schedule amongst vendors and wedding parties. Having completed three busy wedding seasons, I am able to be proactive in the planning stage by anticipating areas of concern and serving as a resource when any questions arise. I prioritize flexibility, and hope to be able to meet whatever needs each couple has for their wedding day so that they (and their loved ones) can focus on simply being present.

Nina is amazing!! I cannot recommend her enough and I wish I could pick more than just three things that I liked about working with her. We connected about two months before my wedding and I walked her through my plans and she got on board immediately, but also made some really helpful suggestions. She checked in over the next few weeks and was quick to get back to me when I reached out to her. The day before the wedding she reassured me about all the things she'd be taking care of and day of she showed up and was AMAZING!!
She was responsible for setting up our decorations and random signage and did a better job than I would have. She connected right away with the various venue staff and photographer and made sure everyone had whatever they needed. She ran our ceremony and reception music for us too and it was flawless. She immediately brought me a drink from the bar after the ceremony and all night checked in about anything else I might need. My drink glass and food plate were never empty. :) At the end of the night she helped pack up cars and made sure the venue staff had any help they needed too.
Nina kept her eye on so many small things and moving parts and it was reflected in how smooth and perfect the night was. I didn't worry about a single thing all night. If you're debating a Day of Coordinator, I can't recommend using Nina enough. She's personable, fun to work with, and so on top of things!!

Nina was absolutely incredible! I’ve had a son get married but this was my first daughter getting married. I had way more responsibilities than before and was feeling very overwhelmed. I was exhausted coming into the weekend of the wedding from getting details and everything done, Nina just takes over and washes all your worries away! She makes you feel comfortable and relaxed and you feel confident that things are going to get done the way you want them.
Nina continues to check in with you throughout the day and evening. She asks if you need anything, if everything is going well, and what else she can do for you. Nina tells you what’s going on, creates an agenda for the day while coordinating with all the vendors. She makes everything seem so simple. The other venders only had awesome compliments about working with her as well.
Nina was professional, confident, organized, knowledgeable, and very caring. Nina has the ability to calm you and the gift to make you trust her! She is a hard worker - constantly on the go every minute. She was absolutely amazing for the whole day and evening!
I was hesitant whether or not we needed a day coordinator for my daughters wedding. I can’t tell you how happy I am that we did hire Nina LeBron to be that person!! She made the day a total different experience than if I would’ve had to worry about all the little tiny details, I was able to enjoy my daughter’s special day and visit with family and friends instead of worrying about the details of making the night go smoothly. Nina did that!!
