Michael was awesome to work with! Quality work at a very fair price. He is also incredibly trustworthy and respectful of my home. He took great care of my animals when doing work in the home when I wasn’t there. Always cleaned up after himself and locked up per my request after he left for the day. Fair and transparent pricing. Even when my project took a turn for the more difficult (per my preferences and requested changes) he didn’t get frustrated or increase the price outside of his original bid. Would recommend and use again.

Mike was awesome. From the first message I got from him on thumbtack to the final product. He explained his experience and just genuinely wanting to help us. We live in an older house that was constructed without a dishwasher. Having obtained a dishwasher from a family member, we worked with Michael, hoping the removal of some drawers would be enough space to fit the appliance. Michael was able to not only clear out the structure to fit it, but rebuild it so it looked like it had always been the way it is now. His ingenuity also made fitting a right-side (to the sink) dishwasher fit into a left-side space. After 19 years living in my home, I finally have a dishwasher in place which frees up counter space as well as no longer having dirty dishes cluttering up the counter and sinks. Thank you so much, Michael, for making this happen!!!

My wife and I contacted Michael in June 2024 regarding the replacement of our basement windows. Due to the design, typical basement windows were not a simple plug-and-play option. Michael procured the proper windows, built the necessary framing, replaced the gravel of our window wells, and rebuilt/reinforced them. We have not experienced any leaks since his repairs. We recently hired him to demolish and replace our rear deck steps for the safety of our dogs. It was phenomenal work that completed in a few hours. We will be utilizing Michael's services when Spring arrives, and for all foreseeable repairs and remodeling that we have planned for our home.
