FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Inquiry: Customers start by contacting us through our website, email, or phone. We ask them to provide initial details about their event such as date, location, number of guests, and specific desires or needs for their mobile bar service. Consultation: After receiving the inquiry, we schedule a consultation call or face-to-face meeting. This step is crucial for understanding the client’s vision and requirements in detail. It’s also a great opportunity to explain our services, discuss customization options, and address any initial questions. Proposal and Pricing: Based on the information gathered during the consultation, we create a customized proposal that includes a detailed breakdown of services, pricing, and any recommendations tailored to the client’s event. This proposal also outlines any applicable terms and conditions. Booking Confirmation: If the client is satisfied with the proposal, we proceed to the booking confirmation. This step typically involves signing a service agreement and paying a deposit to secure the date and our services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My professional background in the mobile bar industry is built on a foundation of hands-on training and formal education in mixology and cocktail making. I have completed several mixology classes where I learned the art and science behind crafting a wide range of beverages, from classic cocktails to innovative new creations. These courses not only taught me the technical skills needed to mix drinks proficiently but also emphasized the importance of understanding the nuances of flavor profiles and the art of presentation. In addition to formal classes, I have gained extensive practical experience through hands-on training in various bar settings
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My journey into the world of bartending began as a second job, a way to meet new people and explore different experiences outside my primary career. Initially, it was just an interesting side venture, but it quickly turned into a passion. I found immense joy in the art of mixology and the dynamic atmosphere of the bar. The instant gratification of seeing someone's face light up after taking that first sip of a drink I crafted was exhilarating. As I delved deeper into the craft, my appreciation for the nuances of cocktails and the creativity involved in bartending grew. I loved the challenge of mixing the perfect ingredients to create something unique and delightful. This passion for making people happy through my creations and the vibrant interactions at the bar made me realize that this was where I was meant to be. Driven by this newfound passion, I decided to shift gears and pursue bartending full-time. I invested more into learning and perfecting my skills, taking professional mixology classes and engaging in hands-on training. It wasn’t just about serving drinks; it was about enhancing moments and creating experiences.
