Mega Appliances was very quick to respond to my refrigerator/freezer problem. Same day service on a bitterly cold Sunday (!) and follow up the next day. The owner walked me through the steps needed to replace the compressor which was covered under warranty. Very knowledgable and skillful workers. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing appliance repair.

Cannot recommend Mega Appliances, LLC highly enough. He fixed my refrigerator same day as my request. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, fairly priced, and above all... honest every step of the way. He really puts the customer first and let's you know what the situation is and will not try to over/upcharge you for any unnecessary services. He even helped me with an additional kitchen problem impromptu, even though that wasn't part of my initial request, and equally did so in a very transparent, honest, and friendly way. I am so pleased with my service and would absolutely recommend him.
