Can not say enough positive things about my experience with Mega appliance. I reached out through Thumbtack....had a call from Elkan within 5 minutes and he was at our house in less than 2 hours later....on a Sunday!!! He diagnosed the problem/problems with the ice maker on our Kitchen Aid refrigerator.....ordered the parts and was back on Tuesday to install. Found one more issue on Tuesday and returned ON TUESDAY evening with the additional part and we have ice!!! Very professional. Takes great pride in his work. The customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to him. Would recommend and definitely call him again.

Got an immediate response after submitting a request for service and same day service. Knowledgeable, was able to figure out the issue and came prepared with the parts needed to fix my oven. Price for services came in lower than others. I highly recommend Mega Appliances.

I wish I could choose all 5 attributes above, but hands-down the best decision I made was hiring Elkhan of Mega Appliances LLC to service my washer.
I just moved into a condo, and had to fix a leak coming from the front door of the washing machine. I had already bought the seal part to replace, but as the washer/dryer were stacked with the washer on the bottom, in a tiny space, there was no way I would be able to replace the part myself.
Elkhan responded to my request almost immediately and scheduled service on the earliest day that worked for me. He was very responsive and explained the process and extra recommendations throughout the service visit. I don't know if the floor under the units, filter, the dryer vent, etc. had ever been cleaned (blegh) and he offered to do so at no extra cost! I had also asked (as a shorter human) if the units could be unstacked in the room, and while the space didn't allow it, I really appreciated the attempt!
I would absolutely recommend Mega Appliances for any of your appliance maintenance needs!! He was so efficient and expertly tackled all the issues I was having, and it's so great to have a working washer! Thank you Elkhan!
