- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At National Dusters, we charge by the hour to ensure fairness and accuracy tailored to your specific needs. For recurring services, we offer a complimentary walkthrough to assess your home's requirements, including factors like clutter, pets, and overall condition. This allows us to provide you with a personalized and accurate quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For customers looking for recurring house cleaning services, we like to send a member of our sales team to do a walk through (free of charge) so we can give you an accurate estimate of your cleaning needs. We are usually pretty close to our first estimate, but its good to get more detail and talk with our customer so we are all on the same page. For one time cleanings our initial bid is for a block of hours. If the cleaning takes longer than our Thumbtack bid we first get the approval from the homeowner to continue and then add the additional hours to your initial invoice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been in the cleaning business for 20 years. Our carpet technicians attend training sessions with IIRC. Our residential cleaning technicians receive ongoing training with our field manager.
