- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are low for the experience that I have. But, I want to keep music affordable for families.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first time together is a no charge meet-n-greet. This gives the family a chance to find the studio and meet me. I am able to answer questions and we pick out the books that will be used. This also gives us a chance to talk about the schedule, tuition, policies, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had years of private lessons, and I had a private mentor when I started teaching. I also had music in college; but, I've learned more in my 30+ years of teaching than any college book ever taught me! I also continue to learn and grow and change as more technology is available.
