FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free estimates to help homeowners understand their insulation needs and costs upfront. Our pricing is based on factors such as home size, insulation type, and installation requirements. Many of our insulation services qualify for federal energy efficiency tax credits under the Inflation Reduction Act, which can provide up to 30% back on insulation costs, capped at $1,200 per year. Additionally, we work with local utility rebate programs that may further reduce the cost of insulation upgrades. Contact us to learn more about available incentives and how you can save on your insulation project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a free consultation, where we assess the customer's insulation needs and discuss their goals for energy efficiency and comfort. We then schedule a free estimate, during which our team evaluates the home, identifies insulation opportunities, and provides a detailed quote. If the customer chooses to move forward, we schedule the installation at a convenient time. Our trained technicians complete the work efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to the home. After installation, we conduct a final review to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. We also assist with any available tax credits or rebates to help maximize savings.
