D&D did a great job. I have hired cleaners on Thumbtack before and have gotten used to having to touch up afterward. With D&D that wasn't the case. I would highly recommend them.

Bannet did an absolutely amazing job doing a move out clean of my apartment! He was very professional, easy to work with. He was very thorough, paying great attention to detail. I found the work to be great in some areas, such as the appliances and window sills, however, when I went back to check on it after I had paid them, my kitchen sink was filthy with crumbs, and it had not been cleaned. Under my kitchen sink cupboard hadn’t even been touched as there were crumbs and dirt and stains, and when I looked behind my microwave, which was a small microwave to move, it was dirty. The kitchen seem to be lacking in a lot of detail missed, which may have been just a mistake. Doreen did offer to come back and clean what was missed free of charge. That says a lot to me and shows they value customer service and professionalism. I would recommend them for cleaning.
