- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $129 to travel to your house and diagnose the appliance in most cases. Wall Ovens, built-in fridges, stacked washers, and dryers are more. We use the Appliance Bluebook for pricing repairs. We will give you a total for the repair once the machine is diagnosed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer phone calls to get all the necessary information. We will get you scheduled and collect the trip and diagnostic fee. You will get a call/text/email the evening before your appointment to narrow our arrival time down to a two-hour timeframe. You will also get a call/text when the technician is on the way to your house.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of the technicians are master certified appliance techs. We travel a few times a year to appliance conferences to stay up to date on the new appliances coming out from manufacturers. Every year we get factory training from GE, Frigidaire, Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Fisher Paykel and more.
