- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would like customers to know that they have options as far as the services and prices available to them. . Each family, each home, each situation is unique and the cleaning service provided to you should be too.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer reaches out inquiring about service I will give them a general price quote and my availability. If the price range suits their budget we will set up a appointment to do a walk through and discuss the details of the job.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked for a rental property management company and was responsible for the unit turns. It was my job to get the unit ready to be rented. The rental units were fully furnished, providing everything from kitchenware to bedding. After working with this company for 4 years I became very knowledgeable and detail oriented in this field, and decided to branch out on my own.
