I was able to set up an appointment right away. Mike was fast and efficient. I was impressed with the quality of his work. He was right on time and came ready with his tools. He was clear from the get go about what was within his area of expertise. If something was outside the scope of his work. he was helpful in finding alternative solutions to those problems.
