At Bob's Eco Water we are a small town family owned business who does business the old fashion way, with a firm hand shake and a smile. We carry lower over head and don't use sales tactics so you know your getting the best price on our Eco Water systems. Costumer satisfaction has always been our main goal, and has served us and our costumers well for 30+ years! It gives me great satisfaction when a customer is so pleased with how well our equipment functions and when they complement me on how nice the installation turns out. If a job is worth doing, then it is worth doing my best work.

He came out same day to replace a like for like water softener. He noticed that the pipes didn’t line up correctly and instead of forcing it took the time to correct it. Greatly appreciated and will use again. Price was in what quoted even with the extra work. Will use again

He was great and super friendly, but his initial estimate was off by $500 since he didn't anticipate the plumbing that was necessary before installation. I would've appreciated a more accurate estimate at the start.

I had an excellent experience with Bobs Eco Water. He was very quick to respond to my water softener issue and was willing to help me trouble shoot some ideas over the phone. When we decided that it would require more attention he was able to come out the next day. He was very detailed in in his service and explained options that I could try in the future. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
68$ service call. 350-400 for replacement install, that includes removal and disposal of your old equipment, professional installation and 50lbs salt. Our Ecowater Systems cost between $1000-1750 that price includes installation removal and disposal of old equipment, 200lbs salt, 5 years parts and service warranty.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continued education classes every 2 years to keep up with the latest plumbing codes. Twice a year training with Ecowater to be updated on new products and features of our eco friendly softeners.
