Hello~ Sparkle & Shine Cleaning LLC Inc. has 20+ years of professional cleaning experience. We listen and focus on your cleanliness goals for your home or business. We offer home organization w/ space solutions and haul away or assistance w/ donation drop offs. We offer one time or regular services. Deep cleaning, turnover cleaning, and home organization available. We offer assistance with preparing your home for sale or upcoming real estate showings. Pre-event/post event cleaning. We charge 50$ per hour for standard cleaning and 60-75$ per hour for deep cleaning. Discounted rates for additional cleaners. Professional, positive attitude, and reliable cleaner that enjoys improving your space! For move outs: Quotes must be done in person or virtually to provide you an accurate price. I can’t thank JP enough for what he has accomplished at my place. I had back surgery recently and am also going through court stuff. Depression has been kicking my a$$ as well so you could only imagine what my place looked like - it was HORRIBLE. But JP got so much done within a short amount of time. When I say he is VERY fast and efficient, it is no joke for him. He was very professional and commutative and he cooperated with what I wanted and how I wanted it done. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I dialogue with the client in advance to understand their goals, focus areas, preferences, pricing. Discuss pets if present in home~ we are extremely pet friendly. I start with a walk through of the space to further understand their needs or details and wrap up with a completed or final walk through. Customer satisfaction is rewarding for us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years of experience in a variety of environments.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started with a real estate company as manager over multiple sites residential/commercial. I oversaw multiple cleaners as well as cleaning myself. We progressed into residential homes and business/commercial properties shortly after. Continued to expand services.
