- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price with a flat fee model, meaning you pay the same amount each month, even if your volume increases substantially in one month! We will collaborate on pricing based on the business size, transaction volume, and types of services needed. I often extend discounts for new businesses who are looking to get started on the right foot, as I understand that cash flow can be tight early on!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After connecting, the next step is to make sure we are a good fit. I like to have an exploration call where you can determine if my working style is a good fit for you, and where I can determine what your needs are and if my services match your needs. Assuming we are on the same page with expectations, we would move forward with the onboarding process, which includes deciding on the specific services, pricing, and software.

I am a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, and have been working on the platform for 5 years.
