Casey and Jenny are wonderful to work with. They are both so friendly and helpful. Scheduling with them was a breeze. They were available via phone or text any time we needed, even on the weekends. Casey is very professional and knowledgeable. He made great recommendations on types/styles during the in-home consultation and was able to figure out exactly what kind of work would need to be done to give us the look we wanted. He quoted us a fair price (no hidden charges or upcharges!), and was transparent about and throughout the entire process. This was one of those rare occasions where everything went smoothly and according to plan from start to finish (and they actually finished a day early!). We absolutely love our new floors. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

We had a few estimates done by the big box store guys and didn't feel comfortable with the immediate promotion sales pitch, for example Empire Today is running 35% off promotional products but it doesn't save you any money compared to any other small business. We felt comfortable with the honesty Casey gave us from the start of the consultation all the way through to the end, my budget was much lower than our estimate but they offer 12 month 0% financing on your flooring and that truly made a world of difference. Setting up install date was a breeze and they were flexible with our weird work schedules, we got lucky and nothing went wrong in our install so it was completed in 13 total hours (1.5 days), looks impeccable, and was actually a few hundred dollars LOWER than our estimate. We really couldn't be happier with the investment we made into our 1960s house, say goodbye 90s carpet and hello aestically pleasing LVP! Thanks again guys!

We pride ourselves in making sure we only use the best installation teams and having the most competitive pricing in the market. Because we are a small business we can give a personalized and quality experience and keep our pricing lower than or competitive to large companies.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come to you to provide a free in home consultation so you can see samples in your space with your lighting. We will measure your space while we are there. We will provide you with a proposal while we are there!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our installation team has years of experience working on all different types of flooring. Our Design Associate and Project Coordinator have worked closely with customers in homes all over the Twin Cities.
