We had a great experience working with LeBrun to disconnect and reconnect our AC unit for a patio project. The team went above and beyond what I expected by testing the health of our system prior to disconnection and even making time for us outside of our working hours to ensure the unit would be reconnected before a heat wave. I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone and will definitely contact them for future projects. Thank you!

They came out the next day to replace our outlet. Was told I wouldn't be charged a service fee but was still charged one. Tried to message them about it and didn't get a response. Overall, they did a great job with replacing our outlet.

The electrician arrived promptly and did excellent work. We would definitely use LeBrun again and appreciated how quickly it happened. Now our electric light in the kitchen is restored - and we don't have to use our stove light for all our cooking!

Lebrun electric was super fast to respond, on-call technician was very responsive, kept me updated on the scheduled time. Aaron called me when he was on the way, gave me an ETA and was prompt. He was very professional, identified the problem within 30 mins and had us up and running within couple of hours. He walked me through price options and was very responsive all through. Excellent service and great team.

First, they were able to provide service within a couple hours of my initial request. While providing estimates for a couple jobs, the electrician and his apprentice discovered a significant issue with my fuse box (outdated system with safety concerns, which I confirmed easily online). Knowing it could be a cost-prohibitive project, they honestly provided a number of options for me. I have hired them to come back and complete a number of jobs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starting from the first drop of communication, to the last, our goal is to ensure you feel welcome and comfortable when working with us. The first conversation: we will get a thorough understanding of your home project, find a day/time that works best for your schedule, and schedule a consultation with one of our Service Experts. Day of appointment: Our Service Expert will give you a call when he is en route to your location with an ETA. Wanting a coffee while he is on the way? No Problem! Let them know! After Consultation: Our Service Expert will create a handful of options for you that we can do for you and your family. They will walk you through each option, answer any questions you may have. After you give them the green light on one of the options provided, the Service Expert will start the work same day!
