- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we try to be very competitive with our prices we might be a little higher then many companies because we carry work comp insurance and liability insurance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we asked the customer what are there expectations, what do they want done. is there a specific way they want it to be done, we ask if they have a budget and if they have ever had a cleaning company before and why they are deciding to change.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
we have been trained for many years from working in the fire and restoration industry.
