Health and fitness have been lifelong priorities for me. While earning my degree in exercise physiology, I immersed myself in the search for a holistic, accessible approach to well-being that extends beyond diet and exercise to include happiness, peace of mind, and a sense of calm amidst life’s chaos.
My journey with yoga began in 2009 while studying abroad in India. As part of a world religions course, I traveled to Rishikesh, the birthplace of yoga, where I witnessed firsthand its profound benefits. Since then, my global travels and experiences have deepened my understanding of movement, wellness, and the many ways people seek health. Along the way, I explored countless fitness and nutrition programs in search of the most effective and sustainable practices. Time and again, yoga stood out as an invaluable tool—benefiting everyone from professional athletes to those spending long hours at a desk.
Eight years ago, I completed a 200-hour teacher training with an internationally acclaimed fitness studio and began teaching immediately. Since then, I’ve led classes at studios, worked with private clients and corporate teams, taught at large festivals, and served as a yoga instructor for a youth foundation. I also have extensive experience leading guided meditations of various styles.
I specialize in creating individualized yoga practices tailored to meet people wherever they are in their journey. Whether you’re seeking deep relaxation, relief from chronic pain, or an invigorating cardiovascular workout, yoga offers limitless possibilities. Together, we can find the approach that works best for you.
Committed to continuous learning, I’ve pursued specialized trainings to refine my skills as an instructor. Most recently, I spent six weeks in India completing an advanced 300-hour training, earning my 500-hour certification with the Yoga Alliance. I’m beyond excited to share this transformative practice with you!
