Revive yoga & April are out here changing lives! After committing myself to attending a lesson twice per week I have seen a vast improvement in my core strength & balance. Not to mention how much stronger my mental stamina has become. Every time I come the class is sparkling clean & so welcoming. I immediately feel at ease and relaxed, ready for an amazing lesson. I started seeing April for my surgically repaired knee just over 1 year ago. The improvements I have seen to my flexibility and knee strength have been amazing. That has let to improvements to my overall flexibility and recovery with my weight training and running. I cannot recommend April enough.

April is an incredible teacher and an even better person. She is kind, attentive and you will always leave class feeling better than when you came. She has classes for people of all skill levels, whether you are looking for something slower paced(my skill level) or something more advanced. She has you covered!
