We engaged Peder Jacobson to review and update our 2007 trust thinking it might need a few minor tweaks. Peder identified multiple ways our trust could be strengthened and worked with us to develop a trust that went well beyond our initial goals. We feel absolutely secure with the document we now have. Peder is very personable. He is a good listener and sensitive to what his clients want. When what we wanted was not in our best interest or not possible he could clearly explain why and create a best alternative.
