We had a wonderful experience. We had been trying to clean out a cat urine smell from our carpet. Carpet cleaner didn't work, pet cleaners didn't work. We were doing one last resort before ripping up the carpet. We had Diamond Restoration Services out and the smell is gone! We are so grateful.
