FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When our family started Wright-At-Home Services, we set out to be the best, not the cheapest. Low cost providers are a dime a dozen and we firmly believe that you get what you pay for when it comes to roofing and siding. We remain competitive with our pricing, but we've made the decision to never cut corners for the sake of a few dollars.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet initially at your home to discuss your specific needs, desires, and concerns with the upcoming project. At this time, we perform a detailed inspection of your entire property, and discuss how the results may impact the budget of your project and whether or not you actually require our services. Inspections are always free and we never charge for estimates. We always prepare a detailed and accurate proposal for your consideration. We firmly believe that everything should be spelled out in detail prior to beginning any work. That's why we take the time to explain every step of our process during our initial meeting.
