Introduction

Apex is very hands on and collaborative. We work closely with our clients and are able to handle changes on the fly. As a company we have a strong background in completing kitchens, baths, basements and additions, with specialties in tile and flooring installations. We handle everything in-house with a small crew that works directly under a project manager that coordinates with outside subs (plumbers, HVAC, electricians). We have worked with clients, both commercial and residential, across the Twin Cities.

My husband and I were looking to get our kitchen remodeled with Ikea's new kitchen cabinets. We got several quotes and Bruce's was what worked the best for us. The price was right for the scope of our remodel. Plus, he was so great to work with, from the project's start to finish. Bruce and his team are obviously skilled craftsmen. They put together our Ikea kitchen within our time frame and everything looks fabulous - even better than we could have imagined. It was also really easy to communicate with Bruce. He really listens and accommodated all of our requests (like that one time we didn't like the flooring we initially picked out - Bruce tore it apart and installed new floors we loved). We're so happy to have worked with Bruce. Don't hesitate to hire him!

We are so pleased with beautiful craftsmanship of the recently completed remodel of our employee break room. From the moment of my first phone call with Bruce Stasch , I knew we had found the right person and company to complete a very challenging project. He provided a free estimate, and was patient with our questions. He always responded in a timely manner to all calls and emails, which was much appreciated by myself and the management team. There were no surprises with the estimate either. The kitchen back splash tile and granite counter tops are fantastic ! Plus they cleaned up every step of the way- no mess left. We would highly recommend Apex Construction & Tile for a business or a residential remodel project. The professionalism and courtesy demonstrated by Bruce and Jordan was outstanding. Thank you !

We had Apex evaluate some water damage at our business. They proposed a couple of different solutions before beginning the job, depending upon whether there was more/less damage than they expected to find. Once the plan was in determined, they executed the job quickly. They repaired some damage wood framing and then bricked up a former window that had not been sealed properly in the past. The work looks good (hidden exterior on commercial building, so beauty and detail weren't necessary) and was fairly priced. Communication was pretty good, but there were a few times where I had to reach out leading up to starting the project, to get details about where in the process we were. Overall, I am satisfied with the work and would use Apex again.

We provide free estimates and usually quote them as a simple time/materials project. No hidden fees and transparent pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk over the phone, the meet in person. After a thorough review of your project requirements, we provide a detailed estimate based on that discussion. When we meet again to review it, we then make adjustment to the estimate and finalize the details.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started as a tile specialist and realized that some of the work we had seen by others could better be handled by a company that could partner with its clients. After a few years we evolved into a full-service remodeler that now completes larger projects like kitchens, basements, baths and additions.
